Thank you for visiting The "7" Step Hand Dance Academy (The Academy), where the original 1990s'
D.C. Hand-Dance teaching methodology is still being used to teach hand dancing.
The Academy is
a 501(c)(3) equal opportunity educational institution where all rights, privileges, and programs are
available to all students regardless of race, color, age, gender, national origin, religion,
or sexual orientation. Children and young adults between 12 and 17 years of age are welcome
to attend classes.
Additionally, many excellent dancers can be seen in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Area night clubs and
in hand-dance competitions throughout the United States. These dancers learned their hand-dancing
skills from instructors who taught them using The Academy's "7" step count teaching method.
