About Us On January 4, 2000, we opened our doors as The New Hot Shop Restaurant to residents of the Washington Metropolitan Area. We occupy the same building from which Marriott's Hot Shoppes served families from areas in Maryland, i.e., Temple Hills, Hill Crest Heights, Camp Springs, Oxon Hill, and Clinton. Our two-year plan is to make you as comfortable as possible in both summer and winter; while at the same time making available to you at affordable prices, the best entrées in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We are dedicated to providing you with "crème de la crème" cuisine and service. To assure you, your families, and visitors superior dining and comfort, we renovated the interior of our restaurant. Similarly, to provide you with entrées prepared in the tradition of the previous Hot Shoppe's Cafeteria, we hired previously employed Hot Shoppe's managers, cashiers, and chefs, many of whom, worked for Marriott's Hot Shoppes for at least 30 years. Each day the efficacy of our two-year plan is being realized, as many of the customers who patronized Marriott's Hot Shoppes Cafeteria frequently provide us with feedback that focuses on our excellent cuisine, as well as their level of satisfaction with the overall service we are providing them. Based upon their responses, we are doing well, and we shall do better. We welcome your suggestions and will take all of them into consideration.
