About Us: CCbM, presents the "Most Creative Hand Dance Competition, 2003"

Marcia Diane Foster is the founder and CEO/CFO of Creative Concepts by Marcia. She retired early on May 31, 2001, from the federal government as a Budget Analyst/Administrative Liaison. She is a native Washingtonian and is part of the DC hand dance (geographical and generational) history. Her son, Marc, is President of CCbM and her daughter-in-law, Juli, is Vice President of Sales.

Creative Concepts by Marcia (CCbM) was created as a Sole Proprietorship under the law of the state of Maryland on September 9, 2001, for the purpose of entertaining, sponsoring, promoting, and providing event coordination services for special occasions to interested clients and the community.
